  • Delivery Time: 4-5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will also notify you once your order has been delivered.

Shipping Carrier:

We use trusted carriers, including PostNL, BPost, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure timely delivery. Shipping is FREE for all orders. Standard FREE Shipping (2 to 4 Business Days) cost £0.00.

Shipping Locations:

We ship within the United Kingdoom, including all regions and territories. However, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations.
  • Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If the package is declared lost, contact us at info@enimaltd.site with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
